11 Bread Bowls

I’ve only made this once, so I may play with the recipe a bit. Once I get around to doing that, I’ll fill out this recipe.

  • I needed to add a little bit of flour during mixing, the dough was extremely wet.
  • I did NOT refrigerate. I did stretch/folds during the rise. I did 3, another one or two wouldn’t hurt, depending on timeframe.
  • Try not to slash too deep or far down the sides.
