8.2 Rosemary fries
Easy potato side dish.
Source: I think it was a free recipe card that I somehow picked up from a grocery store.
Ingredients:

4 baking potatos | Cutting board |
1/4 cup olive oil, or sprayer | Knife |
1 tbsp salt | Tinfoil |
2 tbsp rosemary | Baking sheet |
1 tbsp red pepper flakes | |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Preparation:
- Set oven to preheat at 450° F.
- Cut each potato lengthwise into 6-8 wedges and place in the baking sheet.
- Drizzle or spray the edges with oil, then sprinkle the herbs and spices over them.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
Variations:
- Add garlic powder. Does that need to be said?
- Seasoning salt would probably be a suitable replacement for, well, all of the spices.
Notes:
- The spices and herbs are approximate. Just sprinkle how much you want.
